Act 1
Mr. Krabs fires SpongeBob.
This episode opens up past showing SpongeBob working happily at the Krusty Krab and making a Krabby Patty while Squidward sleeps on the job. When he finishes making the patty, Mr. Krabs comes up and tells him he is fired.
